The new pedestrian-friendly urban space of Tüskerét is designed with richly planted vegetation, small water bodies and is connected to the existing ground level in a variety of ways. About a 1000 carparks are consolidated under a raised landscaped deck, preserving the landscaped views of site, and providing sheltered access to the buildings.
