GNR HQ is the new headquarters of an up-and-coming construction firm. The design brief had a dual purpose; to create an iconic HQ building as the first phase of a much larger development, in the meanwhile to be able to house valuable operational equipment until later phases are constructed.

The construction of the HQ itself will showcase the standard and quality of service offered by GNR.
The concept was to create a distilled composition of massing that would separate circulation and access to the office and back of house areas, yet to retain a powerful unified identity throughout the complex.
